Thank you Bob Cooper, Former Executive Vice President, now Chief Steward of WUD, for everything you have done and everything you do for the union and its members.  Bob works hard every day handling grievances and on-the-job issues for members.  He has always been there for the union.  Mr. Cooper has stepped down as EVP and President Appointed Dylan Owens as the new EVP of Local 3181 effective March 1, 2023.  Bob will continue to work hard for the Union and it's members as we move ahead.  Thank you Brother for all you do and have done.
